Shipping/Payments

• Free ground shipping within the contiguous United States.  
• Express shipping charges can be quoted upon request.
• Freight and GST will be added to Canadian orders. Customs fees and duties are paid separately by the customer.
• Shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and on International orders will be quoted upon request and do not include customs fees, duties and taxes.
• IL residents: 9.5% sales tax will be added to your order unless you have tax exempt status and supply your tax exemption number.
• All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are effective though December 31, 2011.

Terms/Returns

• Our terms to schools and medical institutions are net 30 days. Please supply our invoice number with your remittance.
• Individuals must supply a credit card number (we accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover) or check/money order with your order.
• If you're unsatisfied with your order in any way, please call us (800) 621-1014 for return or exchange authorization.
